The large international illustration exhibition “It’s Always Teatime” curated by Viive Noor will be on display in the Oxford Story Museum for the last time. Celebrating the passing of 150 years since the publishing of Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, Noor collaborated with 72 artists from 19 countries to present original illustrations made specifically for the exhibition.
This year, the exhibition ends with the celebration of Alice’s Day on July 7th. The festival, themed ‘Journeys & Adventures’, commemorates Oxford becoming a world centre of children’s stories and Alice as one of the most popular, widely quoted and translated children’s book ever written. Festival programme includes live theatre, talks, face painting and crafting.
